- Assessment: I will review your request and provide a repair estimate if the damage is not covered under warranty.
- Approval & Shipping: Once you approve the estimate, ship your item to us using a tracked and insured method.

- Warranty Repairs: Free of charge for manufacturing defects within 24 months of purchase.
