Return Information:

  • You may return standard and custom* products within 30 days of delivery or collection,
  • Customer Responsibility: You must inform us of your intent to return via email (sun@hubieul.eu) within the 30-day window and ship the item back within 7 days of notification,
  • You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels.
  • Custom-made items can also be returned within 30 days, but a (based on the product’s value) will apply.

How to Request a Repair

  2. Assessment: I will review your request and provide a repair estimate if the damage is not covered under warranty.
  3. Approval & Shipping: Once you approve the estimate, ship your item to us using a tracked and insured method.

Repair Costs

  • Warranty Repairs: Free of charge for manufacturing defects within 24 months of purchase.
  • Non-Warranty Repairs: of the damage. We’ll provide a detailed quote before proceeding.
