1. Acceptance of Terms

By using www.hubieul.eu, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Orders and Products

• All products are custom-made and sold as described on the site.
• Prices are in Euro and may change without notice,
• Prices listed in currencies other than EUR are calculated based on the current EUR exchange rate and may fluctuate accordingly,
• Orders are confirmed after payment and an email confirmation,
• B-2-B customers must present its VAT-EU number prior placing the order (there will be no tax reduction, because all prices shown in store are already tax-excluded).

3. Payment and Shipping

• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards,
• Approximate shipping times are shown on each product’s page,
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Custom products cannot be returned unless defective or purchased from the Bargains section,
• Report defects within 7 days to sun@hubieul.eu with photos.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 30 days if approved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on www.hubieul.eu is owned by us. Do not copy or use without permission.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
